If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, you must email us immediately.
Returns
Unwashed or unworn (except tryout) may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.
***Guideline
1.A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2.Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3.Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

***Postage is not refundable.
***The customers need to pay return and back delivery fees.
***Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
